Adapting to new circumstances – we’ve all done our fair share of this over the past twelve months. The turbulent, ever-changing business landscape has meant having to roll with the punches, keeping up to date with what’s happening in the industry and always ensuring we follow government guidance.

If there’s one positive to take from recent events, it’s a renewed focus on compassion. We’ve seen so many acts of kindness in recent news, from the unwavering dedication of key workers, to incredible fundraising efforts (we’re thinking of you in particular, Captain Sir Tom Moore). Lending an ear to a colleague to ask: “how are you doing?” has never been more important, particularly as working from home can often make us feel isolated. A little kindness really does go a long way.
